At Creatively Called LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us before you mail back your order.
 

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required and should be included in the box. 
   

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for packing items and for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Creatively Called LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• Please ship your order back to: Creatively Called LLC, P.O. Box 161, Willshire, Ohio 45898. 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
   

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale items 

  • Custom made shirts
     

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.
